Your Questions Answered

Do you take insurance?

A: We provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

We are an out-of-network provider.

While we don't bill insurance directly, many clients receive partial or full reimbursement from their providers.

How do I choose my fee on the sliding scale?

A: We use the honor system.

Select the fee that honestly reflects your household income.

No proof is required, and no one will question your choice.

We trust you to choose what's fair and affordable.

 Are sessions confidential?

A: Absolutely. All counseling sessions are completely confidential within the legal and ethical limits of professional practice.

We will never share your information without your written consent except in rare situations required by law (threat of harm to self/others, child abuse, court order).

What if I can't afford even the minimum fee?

A: Contact us directly.

We will never turn away someone in genuine need.

We offer ministry rates, payment plans, and can discuss other options to ensure you receive the care you need.

Do I have to be a Catholic or a Christian to receive services?

A: Not at all.

While our approach is faith-based and we integrate biblical principles, we welcome and serve people of all backgrounds and beliefs.

We meet you where you are in your spiritual journey.

How long does counseling take?

A: It varies by person and situation.

Some clients find relief in 4-6 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.

You're never locked in—you control the pace and duration.

Can I do sessions online?

A: Yes!

We offer both in-person at a location of your choosing and secure video sessions to accommodate your schedule and preferences.

What's the difference between counseling and coaching?

A: Counseling typically addresses mental health concerns, past trauma, and clinical issues.

Coaching focuses on future goals, personal development, and practical strategies for moving forward.

We can help you determine which is the best fit.

Do you offer emergency services?

A: We are not a crisis counseling center.

If you're experiencing a mental health emergency or thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.
