Join others on the same journey.
Find community, support, and healing in our faith-based group therapy sessions and workshops.
Some struggles feel isolating. You think you're the only one who:
Can't move past grief
Battles anxiety daily
Struggles with addiction
Feels overwhelmed as a parent
Carries the weight of past trauma
But you're not alone.
Thousands of people in your community face the same struggles. They feel the same shame. They carry the same burdens. They wonder if they're the only ones.
Group therapy changes everything.
When you sit in a circle with others who truly understand—who've been there, who get it, who don't judge—something powerful happens:
✔️ You realize you're not crazy, broken, or alone
✔️ You learn from others' experiences and victories
✔️ You receive support and accountability
✔️ You discover hope through shared stories
✔️ You heal in community, not isolation
And it costs a fraction of individual therapy.
The Power of Shared Experience
"Me too" is healing.
When someone shares your exact struggle—and survived it—hope awakens. When you see others making progress, you believe you can too. When the group celebrates your small wins, motivation grows.
Research shows:
Group therapy is as effective as individual therapy for many issues
Clients in group therapy report higher satisfaction than individual therapy alone
Group participants develop stronger support networks
The cost is 70-80% less than individual sessions
Individual Therapy:
One perspective (your counselor's)
Limited feedback
No peer support
Higher cost
Group Therapy:
Multiple perspectives from peers and facilitator
Rich, diverse feedback
Built-in support system
Affordable ongoing care
Both are valuable. Many clients do individual therapy AND group for maximum benefit.

Yes, research shows group therapy is equally effective for many issues including:
✔️ Depression
✔️ Anxiety
✔️ Grief
✔️ Relationship issues
✔️ Addiction recovery
Some benefits are unique to groups:
✔️ Peer support and accountability
✔️ Learning from others' experiences
✔️ Reduced isolation
✔️ Affordable ongoing care
Many people do both: Individual therapy for personal issues + group for community support.
Very. Confidentiality is our #1 rule.
Every member signs a confidentiality agreement:
✔️ What's shared in group stays in group
✔️ No sharing details outside, even with family
✔️ Using first names only (optional)
✔️ Violations result in removal from group
Exceptions (legally required to report):
✔️ Threat of harm to self or others
✔️ Child abuse
✔️ Court order
Otherwise, everything shared is confidential.
It happens in smaller communities.
Options:
✔️ Attend a different group day/time
✔️ Discuss with facilitator before joining
✔️ Both parties agree to strict confidentiality
✔️ Join a different group type
Most people are more concerned about this than they need to be.
Shared struggle often deepens existing relationships.
Talk to your facilitator first. Sometimes:
✔️ You need more time to feel comfortable
✔️ The group isn't the right fit
✔️ Individual therapy would be better
✔️ A different group might work better
You're never stuck. We'll work with you to find what helps.
Totally normal. Most people feel nervous their first session.
Here's what helps:
✔️ You can listen and observe initially
✔️ Share only what you're comfortable with
✔️ Start small and build over time
✔️ Groups are incredibly supportive, not judgmental
Within 2-3 sessions, most people feel safe and are sharing openly.
Closed groups (8-week anxiety, 12-week trauma, etc.):
✔️ Must start at the beginning
✔️ Same members throughout
✔️ New cohorts start quarterly
Open groups (grief, men's, women's, addiction):
✔️ Join anytime
✔️ Rolling membership
✔️ New members welcomed regularly
Check our schedule for next start dates.
Absolutely! We encourage it.
Common combinations:
✔️ Individual therapy weekly + group therapy weekly
✔️ Individual therapy biweekly + group therapy weekly
✔️ Individual therapy for deep trauma work + group for ongoing
support
Many clients find this combination most effective and still affordable.
Currently: Adult groups only (18+)
Future plans: We're developing:
✔️ Teen anxiety group (ages 13-17)
✔️ Teen grief group
✔️ Parenting teens support group
